Holy crap! This is my second pregnancy and ever since I found out I was pregnant  my nipples have been hurting. Almost like they are hard and sensitive. Like hurt to touch or if they go against something   My breast are sore as well but not as bad as my nipples. Idk what to do. The feeling is almost like when I breast fed my son and they got sore from him feeding    I haven't breast fed in almost 2 years  should this be happing this early?
