Ok,

so this might be a little tmi, but today my husband and I had sex earlier today around 3pm .

Unfortunately after I had ALOT of pressure in my Vigina and lower back ,it felt like my sons head was gonna pop out lol my Vigina also felt SO sore and still does. Its 8pm now.

Any advice on what to do a relieve the "sore" feeling ????

My son is head down so it has nothing to do with changing positions.

Fyi-this isn't my first pregnancy, it's just this never happened with my oldest.
