do chlamydia and yeast infections have similar symptoms? ladies with chlamydia did you have trouble getting pregnant?

I had Chlamydia before and had NO symptoms at all. The only reason I got tested was because I was being put on birth control. It CAN cause you to be infertile. Not sure of the science behind it.. but the longer it's untreated the worse it gets for your ovaries. So if you suspect it, get checked out.

Yes they have almost exact same symptoms. Although with an std most people do not even know they have one because there is little to no symptoms. You need to get checked and treated right away the longer you wait the worse it gets and that could lead to you becoming infertile meaning you won't be able to have children

I had chlamydia two years ago and I never went to get checked until I ended up with sores and was terrified I had herpes. I was told by an OBGYN that when I try to conceive with my fiancé that if we have a hard time it's probably because of the scar tissue from having chlamydia. They are able to remove the scar tissue if it is an issue. Well with that being said I am now 8 weeks pregnant with an unplanned pregnancy. But there are many other factors that go into conceiving a baby.

Planned parenthood has a free app that will allow you to do an at home STD test. You have to pay for it but if you have insurance then you're probably good

If you were tested and both you and your partner are negative (assuming that you stay with the same partner after as well) you are fine. Most people don't even notice that they have an STD to be honest so I doubt it

Yes and and no.
If you think you have chlamydia go get checked because if led untreated for so long it can then cause PID which can cause you to be infertile or a hard time getting pregnant. 
When I had chlamydia, I was always itchy down there and I would have white discharge every single day. Those are the only signs I was showing. I didn't know I had Chlamydia for about 5 months and got checked and it turns out it turned into PID as well.

From my experience bc everyone's different when I first got it I thought it was a yeast infection but then it started to itch and burn really bad and I got really bad sores ( literally looked like that horrible picture they show you in health class" but I got it tested right away. Now I am almost 6 weeks pregnant. But depending on how bad you have it and how long you leave it go untreated you can very likely go sterile
