Setting up the crib? 🤔 30 weeks prego

Should I start setting up the crib? putting together the nursery? Some people say is bad luck to do it before the baby arrives

You are not gonna want to do that stuff after baby arrives!! I had my crib set up at 20 weeks 😂 just started painting and organizing today at 30 weeks! Hoping to have it all finished by the end of this week. I say do it sooner rather than later. You are just going to get more tired and busy. My aunt had an emergency c section early and it was such a panic getting babies room ready after the birth.

We set up our crib a few days ago! I'll be 33wks on thursday. We just need to add the mattress etc ☺️

Lol its not bad luck. Also, how are you gonna set it up with a newborn already there, you'll be a bit preoccupied.

I've never in my life heard its bad luck?? Lol. You need to do it now rather than later. I'm setting mine up around 32 or 33 weeks.

If you want to, why not? I actually just started putting together my daughters nursery today and I am also 30 weeks. Did my sons nursery around the same time.

I started doing it little by little around 25 weeks. I had all his clothes/closet done around 20-22 weeks. I'm 30 weeks and just put up his pack n play that he will be in for the first lil bit, his crib is set up but mainly used for diaper storage underneath.  I say do it when you feel like it! Most days now I don't feel like doing anything because I'm so drained and tired. I still have a ton to do it feels like.
