How can I shake this?

So I was with this guy for 6 months and we broke up. Then we messed around with each other for over a year. He continues to treat me horribly and yet I still go back. He is showing he wants nothing to do with me and god this sounds so desperate. How do I get closure without needing it from him?

Place your intersts into other things. When you want to message him, first message yourself what you were going to say. Then think, "Should I really send that? Nah..." Allow yourself to become more independent and prove to yourself that you don't need him!

Lets start by deleting him from all social media ! Delete his number out of your phone and delete all text messages ! This same thing happened  to me and I gt over my ex pretty quick ! It's going to be kinda hard but you have to be strong ! For instance, I'll get real cute and I'll go out just to keep my mind occupied from him , eventually I start meeting new ppl and I literally forgot about him . You don't need anyone who's going to treat you like crap, you are worth way more than that! He prolly don't see it but somebody do but first you have to see it in yourself!

Stop texting him. Delete him from every social media and video chat etc. Dont try to reach oit to him in anyway. Try to focus on you and go out with friends will help alot. Its hard believe me but with time you will accept the fact that he never loved you and you will eventually come to terms with it and be happy to the point in which you dont care if he doesnt.

You just have to learn that you except  the love you feel like you deserve... I don't want that to sound harsh but if you truly in your heart feel you deserve better (which you definitely do!) then you will naturally make the move to say good bye!
