Breast reduction ladies

Anyone else have a breast reduction that's affecting their milk supply? I'm lucky if I get 2-2.5 oz total each pumping session. And that's if I space out my sessions by 5 hours otherwise I only get 1.5oz every 2 hours. Do I give it up since I'm already supplementing with formula? My LO is 3 weeks old
