Long labia

This is something that steals all of my confidence especially in the bedroom is that my labia hang quite long, they have always been this way since I was a kid. But I hate them, no man has ever complained except one, he was a nasty piece of shit anyway so him being him who's more open to be critical just made me think that what he's saying is prob what every man is thinking. I know I can get surgery but I'm scared at the se time. Anyone else have this issue?
