Can anyone suggest a good prenatal workout program?

I'm looking for something different. I usually just did cardio and weights at the gym, but after a 6 week hiatus due to nausea, I'm just not feeling the weights anymore. I enjoy the cardio side and the stretching, but I also want to keep strength training incorporated, but not lifting weights. More like body weight workouts. I was thinking yoga, but most of it seems like too much stretching and not enough cardio. I do like HIIT but I also don't want to workout to the point of throwing up/being overly sore. Any suggestions?
