Who else frequently gets depression migraines?

I've been getting migraines about every other day and no medication is helping. I feel like I've tried every over the counter: excedrine migraine, aspirin, Advil, ibeprofen, etc. My parents refuse to take me to the doctor because they think that it's just headaches.

Answer

Migraines are a sign of ill health.  Hydrate with pure filtered water.  Get chiropractic care if St all possible.  If neither of those do it, tell got parents that you need blood testing for food allergies.  Then shift diet accordingly.

In mean time you can try cutting out dairy, gluten, soy, corn, eggs, yeast, sugar, and caffeine as the most common inflammatory/migraine triggers.

If migraines persist after all of this, get in to see a Lyme's literate doctor, as on going migraines is one of most common symptoms of Lyme's disease.  I should know, going undiagnosised for 17 years....
