Hi everyone, I am planning my younger stepsister's gift. I am getting her a make up/toiletries bag for school or to use at home. She'll have to keep some things home like the nail polish. But I'm filling it with lip gloss, nail polish, blotting sheets. I want to get her a kiddie eye shadow palette. The colors are pastel, nothing super harsh. She's 11 going into 6th grade (in las vegas that's middle school). I let her know she's already beautiful, so don't feel obligated to wear it to feel pretty. Is 11 an okay age for light colored eye shadows? Like baby pinks and baby blue?
