We following SMEP in July. Didn't work for us. My doctor told us to knock it off. Not sure why. Hubs hasn't had SA done yet but doctor kept mumbling about replenishing his supply takes 36 hours. This month we specifically went every other day since CD 7. I felt myself ovulate (I think) yesterday afternoon so fingers crossed for us all.

I think I already follow this lol except I never skipped a day and then bd one more time from the pos opk. 
Honestly I wonder when I release the egg from the pos opk lol I know its 12-24 or 36 hrs.
