a lot of Clear discharge during period

I usually have discharge which has always been normal for me.

I was on the shot for about 7 years. This is my second period since my last shot which was last September. So my body is just now getting back into the swing of things and when I went to the rest room earlier I had A LOT of clear discharge and I can't remember if this is normal or not and when I documented it on here, it said to Make sure to use protection , which is fine.

So I'm just wondering , does that just mean I'm ovulating or what. Feel like a dumby asking because I'm 22. But 7 years of me menstrating has been lost so I'm like relearning all of it again basically and started using Cups.
