I've had mine for a while now and it was the best decision of my life because the chemicals in tampons are not good for you and I was pretty sure I was allergic to it because of the pain they caused me and I have a really heavy flow so tamping were just bad but my diva cup does still get full quickly sometimes so I have to be careful about that. Overall it's really comfortable once you learn to take it out and put it in. I use mine everyday and night of my period and even when mine stops for the most part and it's just spitting and discharge I use it for a little bit to keep my panties clean
