Do you ever feel alone?

My boyfriend is very busy all the time and I don't have a log of friends because people never text me back to hang out, don't like me, or whatever reason they have. I feel so alone all the time honestly, is this normal? What do you do to help?

I clean, play games, listen to music, take baths, workout, make a nice meal, and watch some tv or shows.

Find activities that you enjoy by yourself. I had a very lonely youth and have gone through lonely times moving to cities by myself. Journaling my emotions helped a lot, drawing helped a lot, exercise is great and maybe find a class to get social and make some new friends. Everyone gets lonely sometimes, EVERYONE. Be the friend you are looking for until you find those people to be social with. Treat yo self. Practice positive self talk and know you are certainly NOT as alone as you feel.

I have to stay busy or yes, I start to feel very alone and sorry for myself. Thankfully I'm a nursing student and work 20 hrs a week on top of classes and homework assignments, so I'm able to stay busy and content. It's normal to feel alone and lonely but you need to find things that keep you occupied and happy.
