Should i go to the doctor?

So I have the implant in my arm and I was told that my periods could be irregular, my period is late by 1 week. I have also been having pregnancy symptoms such as being sick and constipation I have also put weight on and my belly is hard and looks more rounded than usual I think I might be pregnant, should I go to the doctor??
