When I should start potty training ?

When ever they are ready. If you try to force it they don't want to do it. I would say closer to 2 you could start putting them on the potty and see how they act. But really. They don't do it till they are fully ready.

At a year you don't have to force Baby to use the potty, you really just want them to start getting to know where the potty is and what it's for, so when it's time to get serious they aren't afraid. I found the process goes over much smoother when they decide they're ready to start seriously going.

You will know when it is a good time they will start getting curious about the potty.

When they're interested in potties and potting procedure, and can communicate when they've gone potty in their diaper, and tell you that they want to go on the potty to pee/poo. Don't rush it. Follow the child.

I really feel like it's up to the child, but you might be able to lay some of the groundwork.

Talk to them about it and verbalize what is happening when they wet themselves so they start to understand the connection to what they're feeling and what happens next.
