period discharge

Okay so this is always an awkward topic to talk about, but what better place than <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a>?!

So a lot of times toward the end of my period and after my period, I have this brownish discharge. I just wondered if this was normal or healthy or if I need to change a habit to get myself back on track.

Any suggestions?
