Always have insane cramps?

I have a pretty wild cycle, 35-45 days long with 5-10 days of a heavy flow. Like, 10 tampons a day heavy.

On my 2nd and 3rd day of my cycle, I get the worst cramps imaginable, lasting 6-7 hours and making me cry and throw up several times. It's been this way since I was 12. :( I had a kidney stone a few months ago and these cramps are worse.

I am getting my first pap in a week and figured I should bring the cramps up while they're down there.

Anyone have these or know why it might be happening?
