ive been on the depo shot for a while and i havent had my period in months but i got it a week ago and its been very light like to the point where i dont even fill up a whole tampon in a day. when i took out my tampon and hopped in the shower, i felt something in between my legs. i reached for it and it was a completely solid object covered in blood about 4 inches long and an inch and a half wide. i panicked and dropped it and it went down the drain. i have been in a lot of pain today in my lower abdomen to where i cant breathe or move and ive been having migraines and when it came out, i felt so much better but idk what it was. any ideas?
