Yoga ball
I found sitting on a yoga ball is very comfortable and helps with my posture while sitting at work. I've been a little uncomfortable lately but my coworkers think that sitting on the yoga ball at my desk will only quicken the progression of baby coming. I'm 34 weeks and am not sure if I should ditch the ball or continue doing what is most comfortable for me right now. Next OB appt isn't for another week (of course I'll ask their professional opinion at that time). Any thoughts? 😊
