What to do when a guy starts crying?

I have guy friends and they are very manly but when they get emotional I don't know what to do. Any tips on how to comfort men when they get emotional?

From my own personal experience, talking to them like you would your friend seems to work(at least for me).  When men get emotional they feel like they need someone to confide in, and they're most likely to confide in a woman.

I start crying haha no matter who it is, if it's someone I care about, I start crying when they're crying. And then we're both sitting there crying.

I get uncomfortable when anyone cries in front of me.  But if it's someone I care about, I ask them what they need from me for them to feel supported.
