My 6 month old is barely taking naps or sleeping at night 😭😭😞

So my daughter always been a great sleeper..but lately she naps an 1 or 2 in the afternoon then wants to play alot she just learned how to sit on her own so she wants to be doing that, she always have so much energy that i cant explain how she dosent pass out at night.😂 her bed time been 730 and she went to bed everytime NOW? She wants to find anything to play in her crib..she sits down trying to hold her self up.. I mean she can do this for hours...i used to leave her in her crib and knew she would be sleeping because she couldnt do much .. But lord jesus idk what else to do. I have to get a little tough like raise my voice at her and thats when she knows im being serious but i feel bad doing that because she starts crying..but i want her to know bed time is bed time and play time is over.
