1st post pardum period.

Has anyone started their 1st period? I started last week and on day 9. It has been the worst period I've ever had in my life! Lol Horrible cramps, back ache, headache, and super tired. It was very heavy and just stared to lighten up. I was wondering has anyone else started and your experience.
