Don't know what to think

My cousin and her boyfriend have been together for 3 years. Well she's been wanting kids and he doesn't know really. A ways, she's done this a few times. But she said after he finishes on her she wipes it and then puts it in her. She assumes this will get her pregnant which I think is totally crazy. I told her just tell him you are ready to have kids. Is it possible for her to get pregnant that way? It's totally crazy and disrespectful.
