No fetal movement in two days?

Question

I will be 27 weeks tomorrow and I usually feel tons of movement all day. Yesterday I felt maybe 1 jab/kick all day, and 1 jab/kick at night. And today nothing. I'm getting nervous at this point. Yesterday I ate a cookie and a piece of pie and she didn't move at all after that which is very unusual. Usually if I eat anything she wakes right up and has a "dance party" in my belly. Any advice on what I should do? I don't want to call my dr to have them tell me I'm over reacting 😕

I am honestly going through the same thing right now with reduced movement I would say call your doctor because the stress is getting to me I'm gonna call today.

Go ahead and call. While it's normal that sometimes you feel less movements, it's worth the peace of mind to know that she's just being sleepy and quiet. A doctor would rather have you come in and do a quick check than have you at home stressed out about something. I hope everything turns out great for you!

Call the dr...go let them check u out. It will put u at ease. It could be ur baby just shifted to a spot where her movements aren't as apparent, maybe more toward ur back. Just call them, don't worry about them thinking ur over reacting.

I would call it will make u feel better. Im sure its nothing but atleast u wont be stressing and cause any unnecessary problems. Sometimes if u feel tired or u dont do much the baby responds the same way other times if your doing a whole lot your movements rock the baby to sleep. She could be bouroughed in your back more and maybe thats why u cant feel her u have like another week or two until this should concern you i was told you shouldnt be concerned about movements until that point in ur pregnancy some days the baby just doesnt but it will deffinately put u at ease to call and just talk to someone maybe go in and get checked out.

It could just be that your little beans now has little space to move in their. But my midwife would advices that if after a day a reduce momvemt you see a Dr, so get an appointment I would say. :)

I had the same thing a few weeks ago, was in tears thinking about it.  I think also pay attention to what you are doing during the day.  I have been moving, planning a wedding and working, when I'm crazy busy my little man just sleeps most of the day.  But when I settle down and relax I can feel him start moving.  Some days I feel him maybe once or twice and others it's like a circus.  Just try to stay calm and breathe...I know it's tough but if you stress your baby is gonna know it.  You got this!
