sleepless nights
This is my first pregnancy, I'm 34 weeks and the sleepless nights have begun. My anxiety is through the roof, worrying about everything I have to get done before he makes his arrival, labor, caring for my baby, work, etc. Also, getting comfortable is not an option anymore. I am lucky to get two hours at night. I am so tired throughout the day and can hardly function but I am not in a spot where I can nap during the day because of my job and I am using these times to get things done. Any suggestions that you ladies did to help relax and enjoy these last few weeks?
