HELP! Blow job advice.

So my self and my partner have been together for about 18 months and I have never given him (nor any other man) a blow job. He constantly asks for them but my gag reflex is that bad I gag everytime he touches the back of my throat. I have also tried numbing spray and still gagged.

Please help I want to satisfy my man!!!
