Changing due dates?

I am currently 28 weeks today. But for months my son has been growing faster and bigger than average. Last week he measured at 28 weeks. I had another ultrasound yesterday to check the fluid around his kidneys and now he's measuring at 32 weeks! He was measuring about 3lbs last week and has almost gained another pound. I don't see my OB again until next week but does anyone have any idea if they will change my due date if this continues?  The specialist I saw wasn my OB but said that my due date could very well be a whole month off!

I've had the same issue at 25 weeks they said i was measuring at 28 weeks and that she weighed 2 pounds n my doctor sent me to another sonogram but its not all the way to September but he said that shes looks like she will be a big a baby cuz the sonogram before this she was measuring her exact date but now she's bigger nnmy due date has not changed at all. All he said was if i feel to uncomfortable by week 38 he will schedule an induction at week 39.

I don't think they would change your due date. My friend measured 34 weeks at 27 weeks. But she tends to have large babies. Her last two were, 9 and 10lbs, and she delevired vaginally!

They dont tend to change due dates this late. The most accurate dating is done early. Later ultrasound measurements can be off significantly from 1st trimester ones.

Besides baby will come when he or she is ready. Due date really doesnt mean too much.
