Getting over someone before moving abroad?

Hey everyone! I'm 25 and I'll be moving from South America to England in less than a month, yay! Only for one year, to do a master's degree.

Anyway, I'm still friends with my first love. We were together for 4 years and broke up at the beginning of last year. He dated, I dated, you know the deal. He went to Boston to do his MBA last September and we kept in touch, almost like a couple: video chatting, telling each other about our day, etc. I even visited him for a couple of weeks in May.

He's about to graduate and I'm leaving, so we won't be seeing each other anytime soon. Plus, he just started dating a girl who is very smitten by him. I called him today and he told me he was having breakfast with the girl's mum! (I KNOW). They're going to have a LDR now that their MBA is over.

Needless to say, I feel ignored, but I know I need to get over him and SOON. What do you think I should do? I have 22 days until I leave without much else to do besides reading and walking my pup. How can I get him out of my mind?!?!
