Herbal Life while breastfeeding?

I am due late October, and planning on breastfeeding. I was just wondering if anyone knows if it is safe to drink Herbal Life shakes while doing so?

I wanted to start herbal life after I gave birth to lose the baby weight quicker so I asked my doctor and she told me its best not to and just to eat healthy fruits, veggies, natural proteins for the babies sake since they get nutrients and vitamins from our breast milk. If you hear something different let me know! 😊

As long as there's not any caffeine in it, I don't see why it would be a problem but you can always ask your doctor if you are unsure.
