How to get my money back from the bank ???

I ordered a item online and it never came. It was delivered to another address. I asked the bank teller what to do and she printed out a sheet of paper with the transaction and highlighted it  and signed it and gave it to me. And she said, you have to handle it with the seller, like UM OK... If I COULD do that I wouldn't be asking how to get my money back. I paid $120 for this item.

I actually work at a bank and unfortunately there's nothing the bank can do for you. Since you authorized the payment and it wasn't fraud it's out of the banks hands and up to you and the seller to work it out. Sorry that happened to you I've been there and it sucks!

Contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and tell them it was not delivered to you. They can start an investigation.

Unfortunately the bank can't give you money that they didn't take from you. You have to take that up with whoever you bought the $120 worth of merchandise from. Sorry, that sucks.

If the seller is refusing to refund you, then you can file a police report and call your banks customer service and file a claim and tell them you filed a police report. But next time, make any and all online purchases with a credit card rather than a debit card because it is much easier to dispute charges with your bank that way.

If I baught your item of eBay or Amazon get in touch with them and they can look in to it and hopefully get the froof from the courier that delivered it to the wrong address and hopefully get your money back or a replacement of seller but if not through Amazon or eBay nothing  bank can do but I could always contact the people that delivered it and see if you can get the address of the house it went to and see if u can contact them  and see if u can retrieve  it goods I paid for

The bank won't give you back your money because the transaction wasn't done through them. The teller is right, you have to take it up with the seller and if you can't then file a report with the company

I would call your banks customer service line :/ other than that maybe try to contact the company you bought it with or email them:) good luck girl! Sorry, that sucks:(
