Anyone use this for nausea? I want to stick it out but man I am so sick! Ugh!

No, but my doctor recommended to never let my stomach become empty, like with small crackers or slowly eating a peace of bread and it has worked miracles.

I actually only get nauseated when I don't eat! Right when you wake up eat a couple of crackers and pretzels and keep things on your stomach throughout the day. Also target has some really great suckers that are the BOMB!

I just bought this this morning I'm going to try it and see. I can't take the naseua & vomiting anymore 😷
