It's the bromeline in the pineapple core. You have to eat 12 whole pineapples to equal the bromeline in supplements. Just take the supplements. Be careful it doesn't contain turmeric as that's a blood thinner. It is supposed to assist in contractions and toning the uterus. It won't work, however, if your body isn't ready but it can help in general. It's like red raspberry leaf tea. Drinking a gallon in one day won't induce you but drinking it over time helps.
