I have had my period for 20 days now. Just when I think it's getting lighter and going away, it comes back heavier. Could something be wrong? I have the arm bar birth control

It's kinda normal. That's how I was when I first got the Nexplanon. After my first month long period I didn't have a period for a month and now I'm spotting like every other week. I would call your doctor to double check.
