Does anyone use A&D ointment?

My baby has a rash on the lips of her private area and its driving me insane. It could be a reaction from the wipes, im not sure. Can or should i use A&D ointment or Desitin? Which one would help with healing?

I used Aquaphor on all my kids and it helps..  fast

I've never used A&D.. But! I would suggest using Burts Bees Multipurpose Ointment.. It's amazing!
