Apple Cider Vinger  rinse is really good, especially after you've been active with your partner always wash yourself with ACV. I also wash with ACV after  my pariod or anytime it's itchy down their. Take two caps full of ACV and diluted in water and wash up. 👌🏾💦

Also apple cider vinegar(diluted) to rinse your🐈  I swear it works. I used it when I had a yeast infection. And try to not wear underwear when you can, it airs it out and the bacteria can't grow as well.
