overreacting?

So last Tuesday, me and my boyfriend had sex. After we were finished, he checked the condom to make sure there weren't any holes. He was pulling it to see but he couldn't so he went to the bathroom and put water in it. There was a small hole all the way at the bottom. It was a small hole and there was spermicide inside the condom. But just to be sure, a bought a morning after pill about a day and a half
