How many hours your 3 month old sleeps?

Please share your tips and tricks how to increase sleep time.

Idk if the question was regarding just night sleep or 24 hours. During  the night it's about 6-7 hours. In a 24 hour period about 16-17 hours each a day, she still struggles staying awake for a long period of time before she starts getting fussy her max is 1.5 hours awake time.

Diaper change, pj's, bottle with rice cereal. He goes down around 10 or 10:30 and sleeps til 8:30

From 6pm & on I do literally the same exact things every night - bath, lotion, sing, bottle, burp - and he sleeps 7pm-4am

My LO varies. Sometimes, he'll go down for 6-7hr stretches at night and then we cosleep to let him feed until I wake up for work at 7. Naps are seldom long, though. Lately, he's catnapping, several times in the morning for 10-30min. I guess maybe it's because of teething?

My three month sleeps the whole night sometimes till 7:30 am or later but sometimes it can be earlier like 5am just depends
