My baby doesn't grab toys...

My LO is almost 12 weeks and she doesn't seem interested in her toys or grabbing them or reaching out for them. I see pictures of babies on here who are holding onto their toys and get worried. She also still balls up her hands in fists usually when she is awake; when she is feeding or sleeping it's relaxed. Sometimes she seems to reach to swat at her toys but I can't be sure.
