shaving accident (graphic picture)

So on Tuesday I was shaving and I made a few mistakes. For one I was using a cheap razor. Secondly that razor was sort of dull so I was sort of using force. And lastly, I didn't have shaving cream. This resulted in a really bad nasty cut. I tore a good bit of my skin off (which I had to pull out of the blade). Anyways is it now Thursday and the cut has began stinging and burning really bad. It is also red and it feels as if the pain is in my whole bottom leg. I think it may be infected. Initially after the cut I was mainly stopping the immense bleeding which didn't stop till that night. To stop the bleeding I put a pad on it and I fear this was a mistake because it wasn't properly cleaned or dried. It did apply neosporn on it that night  ut it wasn't properly cleaned until the next day when I had alcohol and today with peroxide. All of the days I put neosporn on it. If it is infected any suggestions?? The pic is from today.
