Do you harshly judge people who smell bad?

Body odor. Let's talk about it. 
Do you, probably a relatively hygienic person, feel entitled to NOT being around other people's body odor? Do you believe you shouldn't have to smell others?
I found the shaving post interesting, most people on this app stated that they didn't care if a woman shaved or not, as long as she doesn't smell bad. Which got me wondering- am I, a woman, obligated to keep myself smelling good so that you don't have to be uncomfortable? Why?

If somebody smells so bad that I can't handle it, I walk away. No judgement necessary.
No, it's not your job to keep me comfortable. But if you want friends who are able to stand within 10 feet of you- let alone, HUG you, you need to invest in a little deodorant.

It depends for me. But I work for Chrysler in a foundry. And there is a guy there who has been there a good 10-15 years longer than me so I know he's making around 30 an hour. And I swear he never wears deodorant. I can smell him from steps away when he walks by. Especially in the summer when it's 90-110 degrees in there. To me that's unacceptable because everyone else takes care of themselves and doesn't smell like that. If someone is obviously down on their luck, homeless, struggling, ect I wouldn't judge them as harsh.

Okay so living in a dorm with another person has taught me so much about other's hygiene. My roommate last year had an awful smell and it would make the whole room smell terrible. It was so bad that I didn't even want to sleep in there.

Later on, I noticed that the smell wasn't just coming from her, but also her bed. I figured out that she would pee in her bed while she was asleep. I didn't know how to confront her about it, so I just kept my mouth close the whole 9 months.

It was horrible. I didn't judge her but I was SUFFERING. I can't say that she's not a nice person because she was, but gosh she just had an unusual smell mixed with pee.

Hygiene is important. I wouldn't think I'm above someone with OB, but I'm definitely not trying to share a room with them again.

No I never judge people for smelling bad. I remind myself that not everyone is as lucky as I am to have access to a shower every day and clean clothes like I do.

We need to be less judgemental and more considerate.

If someone has full access to a shower but chooses to still stink they have problems. It takes 5 minutes to quickly soap up your body and wash it off if showers are so brutal to you.

I think as others have said it depends on if I know their background. If I know it's laziness then yeah I'm going to be whining about it to myself.  When I'm at work it's a different story, I work in a male prison and some of the guys have mental health issues or safer prison issues where maybe they don't feel safe showering. Sometimes it's that they don't have the cash to buy soap and deodorant.  In these cases it's down to the prison officers to make sure they are looking after themselves.

My parents never bathe and smoke. They are gonna stink.

I know I smell sometimes even with BO control. Between the heat and my oil glans that love to get infected under my arms, I know I smell and I bathe as often as I can to keep that somewhat under control.

I'm curious how y'all would feel about this situation. I work in 4 star hotel. All of our housekeepers are the same ethnicity. It is against their religion to put any foreign substance on their bodies. As in deodorant or perfume. We receive MANY complaints DAILY from guests about the body odor that lingers in their rooms after they have been cleaned. Many have said they would not return to our hotel due to this odor. But it's against their religion to wear ANYTHING. Thoughts??
