Earache/tongue ulcer and glands are up

Hello some advice here please have been ttc for about 9 months although we had a little break inbetween because SO started a new job, hours long etc etc. We had sex the Saturday just gone kind of out the blue not thinking about it. I am 8dpo I think! And the last few days I have had inner ear blockage so bit of ear ache, ulcers on my tongue and glands are slightly up, could this be sign of conceiving being run down, as never suffer with ear ache. I haven't been stressing or worrying about falling pregnant like I used to when we first started trying, so maybe it is finally happening?? Any help appreciated 😊 has anyone else had this and found out they were pregnant ?
