So every since my son (4 months now) went through his first growth spurt before he hit 3 months I can't get him to sleep through the night anymore. He gets me up 4 to 6 times a night crying for a bottle or most of the time just his binki. I don't know what to do. I thought maybe if he slept less during the day it would help, but it doesn't do any good. I have a hard time sleeping as it it whether it be staying alseep or falling asleep so with him getting up numerous times through the night I'm having issues getting enough sleep for myself. Along with waking up with a very cranky baby some mornings. I have tried a nice calming bath before bed and I have always fed him before he goes to sleep and that doesn't even help anymore. Please mommies I need some advice.
