Okay so my son just turned on a few weeks ago and when we went to his doctor appointment yesterday his Doctor told me that my son is at the age where he will start testing his boundaries (like if I tell him no to something he'll still do it just to see what I do) His doctor told me that when he starts doing that I need to put him in time out?? I thought a one year old is still too little to understand what time out is, I mean my son is just now starting to understand what No is. I don't know if I should take the doctors advice or not because I really don't even know how to explain what time out is to a one year old.
