12 weeks 5 days 3D ultrasound

We got our Down syndrome screen yesterday and everything came back fine thank god! I'm 12 weeks and 5 days today, the tech managed to get this picture of in between the babies legs. She said it was too early for her to guess the gender but I found out with my son he was a boy at 13 weeks exactly. Can anyone take a guess at we're having by this pic? Or is it too hard to tell yet?
