Antibiotics and birth control?

So I was put on antibiotics when I got my wisdom teeth out and they told me it may affect my birth control (I'm on the pill). I've had sex multiple times during while on the antibiotics, but he only came inside me once, otherwise he pulled out. Glow is telling me I should get my next period within 4 days. Should I wait to see if I miss it or take a pregnancy test before? Let me know what you think I should do..thank you
