Ovary removal durring a c-section?

So, since the beginning of this pregnancy, we've known about a 12cm cyst on my ovary, the doctor wants to do a c section and take the ovary , tube, and cyst out all at once. I'm also getting my remaining tube.clamped at the same time. Has.anyone had all this done at once? I've got 3 other children, I've had them naturally, so I have no idea what to expect with the c section, let alone having an ovary, tube, and cyst removed and remaining tube clamped all at once!!!
