No symptoms

Hi everyone, I feel like I may be being silly and getting all worked up for no reason but I wonder if anyone can help me, I done 2 pregnancy tests 3 weeks ago as had missed my period and they both came back positive, I'm now 8 weeks and 1 day and have no symptoms of pregnancy, this is my first pregnancy so it's all new to me, I did suffer from really sore boobs and cramping at 6 weeks to about 7-1/2 weeks but since then has nothing, is this normal, I am going to go to the doctors just to be safe but I wondered if anyone else has the same?
