I'm soo scared that I'm pregnant, I've missed my last period and I've been feeling different for the last month

I had my period about a week after I had sex but I heard somewhere that it doesn't mean anything because it was almost straight after I had sex.

So I was just wondering, does the period I had about a week after I had sex mean I'm not pregnant and this one is just late?
