37/38 week membrane sweep

Membrane sweep at 37/38 weeks ONLY, how did yours turn out?! I had a slight membrane sweep at 37w 2d today, this is my second child, I'm dilated to 3cm w no effacement. I am wondering if you got your membranes swept what your experience was? Right now he just did a gentle sweep to encourage more progress as we hope I won't need an induction and will go on my own between now and 40w :)
